Terms & Conditions and Delivery Information (Spain)
These prices are valid only for shops or businesses that store and resell these products, but not for those who use them for their own use; in this case they must buy from our authorized stores.
Unit Price: These are our standard prices for professionals, they are subject to a minimum order as indicated. Where it is indicated that prices are sold as "sets", the price refers to a complete set. Products that are sold as "assortment", the indicated price refers to the individual product, and your order will be made based on a selection of variants.
Volume discounts. Additional discounts apply when ordering the minimum required quantities (5% and 10% respectively).
MINIMUM ORDER
All export orders are subject to a minimum order value of €500.
TRANSPORT
Transport will be quoted for each shipment for orders under € 1000. For invoices over € 1000, transportation is free.

LOSS OR DAMAGE FROM TRANSPORTATION
The client must notify us within a maximum period of 48 hours from the receipt of the merchandise, of any incidence of loss or breakage that has been caused during its transport.
Damaged items and original packaging should be kept for inspection by the carrier and the insurance company.
Notification of breakages or absences, outside of the aforementioned period, may invalidate the insurance claim. In case of return of products, it must be previously agreed with Nauticalia, its compliance and the method of transport that should be used.
WAY TO PAY
The payment of the invoices will be in cash, by means of a Proforma Invoice, except when a credit account is established.
Para obtener una cuenta de crédito, el cliente nos deberá facilitar sus datos (Nombre Fiscal de la empresa y dirección), así como su número de C.I.F. Dentro de dos semanas podemos obtener la autorización bancaria para dar un límite de crédito, si los informes financieros son favorables.
Para clientes con pedidos urgentes y que no dispongan de cuenta de crédito, podemos suministrarles su pedido con un pago por tarjeta de crédito.
Si se ha establecido una cuenta de crédito, el pago deberá efectuarse el día 25 del mes siguiente al que se haya emitido la factura (por ejemplo: la factura emitida en Agosto, deberá pagarse el 25 de Septiembre).
Si hay un retraso del pago de la factura, se cargará en su cuenta un 3% mensual o la parte proporcional correspondiente, con un cargo mínimo de €20, y se facturará a la discreción de Nauticalia.

International customers must pay the banking and import costs so that Nauticalia receives the total amount in Pesetas that appears on the invoice. EC customers must provide us with their Intra-Community Number, in the case of Spain, their VAT number, preceded by the letters ES, together with their first order.
